You Do Not Have to Learn Your Options the Hard Way

We have heard it too many times: "I did not prepare for my first birth. I assumed I would be taken care of, and it went completely differently than I wanted."

Your care team should support you, but no one can communicate your preferences or participate in decisions quite like you can. That is why birth education matters.

Birth education is not about controlling every outcome. It is about understanding how pregnancy and labor work, knowing the options that may be presented to you, asking thoughtful questions, and making informed choices alongside your care team.

You should not have to experience a difficult or traumatic birth before learning what choices were available to you.

Honor your intuition. Educate your choices. Empower your birth.

Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, the way you prepare matters. We are here to make birth education feel personal, approachable, and genuinely useful, so you can move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with greater clarity and confidence.

Every session brings Shelbie and Taylor to the table with you. You receive two perspectives, thoughtful preparation, and the kind of conversation that feels less like sitting through a class and more like talking with trusted friends who truly care about your experience. We do not believe there is one right way to give birth. We support mothers preparing for hospital births, home births, medicated births, unmedicated births, planned Cesarean births, and the many paths in between. Our role is to educate, encourage, and help you discover what feels informed and right for you in partnership with your care team.

TWO MOTHERS. ONE DEEPLY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.
